Loaded for Travel offers a range of TXT, phone and online services to help you keep track of your balance. You can request account information by TXT or opt in to receive TXT and email alerts automatically, so you can keep track of your balance from around the world.
With our automated phone service you can check your balance, view your last five transactions and change your PIN. You can also access your account information and a range of other services online, with My Account - which is a secure part of this website. You can view your transactions, check your balance, change your PIN, register for TXT alerts and update your personal details.

Travel insurance premiums depend on your destination, length of time you're away and if a family or individual plan is selected. Your local PostShop staff can give you a quote and cover on the spot or, if you're a Kiwibank customer, you can get a quote when you order your card online through Internet Banking.
