With Loaded for Travel, once you’ve registered your mobile phone number in ‘My Account’, you can request account information by TXT or choose to receive TXT and email alerts automatically.
Simply TXT the reference number of the service you require, leave a space then add the last 4 digits of your card number to +61 4 27942280 and you'll automatically receive a reply. Please note you must type in the '+' symbol as part of +61 4 27942280 when you TXT and include a space between the reference and the last 4 digits of your card number in your message. Eg bal 1234

You can choose to receive TXT or email messages, such as notifications when your balance is getting low or confirming when money has been loaded onto your card. You can sign up for the following services in My Account.
