Loaded™ for Travel offers a range of online, TXT and phone services to help you manage your travel money.
Once you get your LoadedTM for Travel card you can do most things online on My Account - add new currencies, check your balances, and view your transactions. You can also change your PIN and request TXT alerts.
When you first log on you'll be asked to enter your date of birth, card number and the CVV2 number. You'll be prompted to change the password and enter a user code for future access.
With LoadedTM for Travel you can request account information by TXT or opt to receive TXT and email alerts automatically, so you can easily keep track of your travel money. More about TXT and email services
You can use our TXT services in most countries around the world - to check if TXT is available in the country you are travelling to click here, select the country and if the "SMS" column is ticked, then it is available on that network within that country.
You can use our automated phone service to get your card balance and check your last 10 transactions. Phone 0800 TAKE FLIGHT (0800 825 335) and follow the voice prompts.
The first time you use this service you’ll be prompted to enter a phone PIN. Please use the day and month of your birthday - 0208 if your birthday is 2nd of August. You’ll then be prompted to enter a new PIN.
